WE ARE THE BLUE ZONE PEOPLE
National Geographic launched a special longevity research of people groups around the world.
The results of the research revealed that the four longest living people groups are from Sardinia, Italy, Okinawa, Japan, Costa Rica, and the Seventh-day Adventists.
Of the four people groups, only the Seventh-day Adventist is comprised of people from all cultures all over the world. Their lifestyle and spirituality contribute to their longevity characteristics. While the other three people groups are declining in their longevity legacy due to the influence of the Western world's food and lifestyle, only the Seventh-day Adventist continue to mantain their lifestyle of living in their 90's and 100's.
