: How to Have Better Rest

  • Adequate sunlight helps maintain a healthy circadian rhythm
  • Fresh air is vital to circulation and good circulation is vital to a good night’s rest
  • Physical activity is very important
  • Your last meal of the day should be finished at least 3 hours before bedtime
  • Regular sleep patterns are essential to getting great sleep
  • Keep conflict, stress, anxiety and worry outside of the bedroom
  • Relax before bedtime
  • Avoid caffeine, tobacco and other stimulants
  • Get your sleep primarily at night
  • Enjoy a hot bath one or two hours before bedtime
